Clerks' Forum - Clerking virtual Meetings (Recorded May 2020)

This webinar focused on the clerking skills and behaviours required to support virtual governing board meetings. We explored the impact of working in a virtual environment on clerking function from  convening the meeting, approving the agenda and circulating documents, through to note taking and approval of the minutes. We also reflected on how these changes impact communication and practice, and provide an opportunity for you to address any challenges to date.

 

The webinar will be led by our governance experts, Steve Barker and Linda Waghorn and will be a mix of input from them, together with on-line polls.
