This webinar focuses on improving clerking practice relating to the management of governing board records including documentation circulated with meeting agendas. Referencing the DfE Clerking Competency Framework as our guide we explore the clerking role in maintaining confidentiality, data protection and freedom of information. We will also consider the legal expectations for the storage and management of records and documents used to support effective governance. 
 

The webinar will be led by our governance experts, Steve Barker and Linda Waghorn and will be a mix of input from them, together with on-line polls.
