The role of the Clerk in handling concerns and complaints Webinar (Recorded 12th June 2019)

This Clerks’ Forum webinar provides clerks to governing bodies and trust boards with the opportunity to come together with other clerks to talk about good practice in handling parental concerns in schools, including clerking a parental complaint panel. We will refer to the latest Department for Education guidance and ensure that we brief clerks on all relevant materials with suggested actions that are appropriate to clerks in providing advice, support and guidance to governors and trustees.
